Patty Ivins is an Emmy-award winning producer, director and writer.  Documentaries about womanhood (Logo’s HUNGRY, Discovery’s Mean Girls Mind Games, PBS’s Girls on the Wall), equality (Logo’s Light in the Water) plus documentaries like AMC’s Marilyn Monroe:  THE FINAL DAYS which also included an extensive re-mastering of director George Cukor’s Marilyn vehicle SOMETHING’S GOTTA GIVE and and Showtime’s Reversal of Fortune.

Patty believes in anti-racism work and continues to deconstruct her own inner Karen and to walk in Regina Jackson’s wisdom to have the courage to “call a thing a thing.”

Rit Saraswat is an unscripted television producer with over 10 years of experience crafting story for programming across multiple networks. His work ranges from buzzworthy shows like KEEPING UP WITH THE KARDASHIANS (E!), LINDSAY LOHAN'S BEACH CLUB (MTV), and VANDERPUMP RULES (BRAVO), to pathbreaking investigative docuseries like SURVIVING R. KELLY PART II: THE RECKONING. He has also written, produced, and edited a neo-noir short film TRAITOR which is set against the backdrop of a Muslim ban in 2025 America.

Mikell Ivey started her career as a production assistant in Orlando before taking her career to Los Angeles, where she worked her way up to become a producer with a broad range of experience and knowledge on all aspects of production from casting through post. She has worked on projects for ABC, BET, TLC, WE TV, OWN, LIFETIME, TRAVEL CHANNEL, YOUTUBE.COM, MTV, Amazon, Logo TV, and many others. She currently lives and works in Atlanta.

From her first self-funded award-winning documentary feature 20 years ago to this year’s Netflix feature “Circus of Books,” cinematographer Gretchen Warthen has traveled the world with her camera, witnessing and capturing the stories of people's lives. In her career she has worked as Director of Photography for the epic international documentary series "Operation Change," the national multi Emmy Award-winning NBC series “Starting Over” and the Showtime documentary series “The Real LWord.” Gretchen has also DP’d two award-winning narrative feature films, “Hannah Free” and “Jamie and Jessie are Not Together."  Gretchen's work has been seen on major broadcast and cable networks including ABC, CBS, NBC, FOX, HBO, Netflix, Amazon, Showtime, Bravo, A&E, The History Channel, OWN, MTV, VH-1 and Discovery.

Katherine Montgomery has worked on unscripted and documentary projects for Nat Geo, Hulu, YouTube, Quibi, Lifetime, and a variety of independent features. She has an MA in Visual and Media Anthropology from the Freie Universität Berlin, where she conducted her thesis research on radical whiteness.

Jessica McWilliam
Producer

Jessica McWilliam is a graduate of Boston University. After starting her career in Alternative TV at United Talent Agency, Jessica worked in development for Shed Media (under Warner Bros.) and Bunim-Murray Productions, where she helped conceptualize SURVIVING R. KELLY (LIFETIME) and, under Patty Ivins, GROWING UP IS A DRAG (SNAPCHAT). Now a freelancer, Jessica works across casting, production, and post-production. Her producing credits include series such as VANDERPUMP RULES (BRAVO), TEMPTATION ISLAND (USA), THE CHALLENGE (MTV), and CRIMINAL CONFESSIONS (OXYGEN).
